Role Overview
As a Senior Salesforce Developer at La Confianza, you will spearhead complex CRM implementations for multi-national clients. You will build high-volume Apex business logic, modern Lightning Web Component interfaces, custom API connectors, and automated release engineering pipelines.

Enterprise Apex & LWC Development: Code scalable Apex triggers, batch frameworks, and custom Lightning Web Components.

API Integrations & Middleware: Architect real-time REST/SOAP API sync between Salesforce and third-party ERP systems.

Code Quality & CI/CD Governance: Enforce governor limit rules, maintain >85% unit test coverage, and automate Copado/sfdx releases.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Architect and code custom Apex classes, triggers, batch frameworks, and Lightning Web Components (LWC).
- Build secure REST/SOAP API integrations connecting Salesforce with third-party ERPs, payment gateways, and databases.
- Conduct code reviews, enforce governor limit best practices, and maintain unit test coverage exceeding 85%.
- Configure custom objects, record types, flow automations, platform events, and complex security sharing rules.
- Provide technical mentorship to junior developers and contribute to architectural design documents.
Required & Preferred Skills
Required Qualifications & Skills
- 4+ years of hands-on Salesforce custom development experience.
- Salesforce Platform Developer I & II certifications.
- Mastery of Apex, LWC, SOQL/SOSL, and Web Services integration patterns.
- Proficiency with Salesforce DX, Git version control, and CI/CD tools (Copado, Gearset, or sfdx CLI).
Preferred Skills
- Experience with Salesforce CPQ, Service Cloud Voice, or Salesforce Data Cloud.
- Knowledge of modern JavaScript ES6+, HTML5, and CSS3.
