Role Overview
As a Scrum Master at La Confianza Technologies, you will be the driving force behind agile maturity and high-performing engineering squads. You will work directly with cloud architects, Salesforce developers, Shopify engineers, and client stakeholders to streamline sprint commitments, foster open team collaboration, and guarantee consistent on-time project delivery.
Key Focus Areas & Impact
Agile Transformation & Squad Coaching: Champion Scrum and Kanban frameworks across cross-functional engineering squads.
Impediment Management: Swiftly diagnose and eliminate technical bottlenecks, cross-squad dependencies, and scope creep.
Delivery Health Metrics: Track sprint burndown, velocity trends, team capacity, and milestone quality indicators in Jira.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Facilitate all core Scrum ceremonies including Daily Standups, Sprint Planning, Backlog Refinement, Reviews, and Retrospectives.
- Partner closely with Product Owners and Enterprise Architects to refine user stories, acceptance criteria, and sprint backlogs.
- Proactively identify, track, and eliminate delivery impediments, scope creep, and cross-team technical dependencies.
- Maintain team capacity planning, sprint velocity charts, burndown metrics, and milestone health dashboards.
- Cultivate a transparent, continuous-improvement engineering culture focused on predictable, high-quality deliverables.
Required & Preferred Skills
Required Qualifications & Skills
- 3+ years of dedicated experience as a Scrum Master within software engineering or IT consulting environments.
- Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), Professional Scrum Master (PSM I), or equivalent Agile certification.
- Hands-on expertise in Jira, Confluence, Advanced Roadmaps, and modern Agile tracking suites.
- Proven facilitation, team coaching, conflict resolution, and executive stakeholder communication skills.
Preferred Skills
- Experience facilitating delivery teams in Salesforce, Shopify Plus, or Cloud Contact Center ecosystems.
- Familiarity with DevOps workflows, CI/CD pipelines, and automated test automation suites.
