- Identify gaps, dependencies, and opportunities for improvement.
Required & Preferred Skills
Required Qualifications & Skills
- 1–3 years of experience in Business Analysis.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Good understanding of SDLC and Agile methodologies.
- Proficiency in requirement documentation and project management tools.
Preferred Skills
- Salesforce experience is an added advantage.
